My life hasn't been easy. I've triumphed through numerous failures and difficult situations. You name it, I've probably experienced it. From rejection, domestic violence, loss of a child, teen pregnancy, divorce, low self-esteem, depression, and even homelessness. Yes, at one point my life was in shambles and I didn't see a way out.

Thank God for my faith and the strong positive people that helped pull me out of the dark place I was once in.

Being able to transform my life is what has led me to start The Take Over Coaching Academy. I have always enjoyed helping others. My traumas and successes in life allow me to now coach and help others who are broken, confused and helpless as I once was.

My goal is to use my experiences, techniques and my education to help pull you out or keep you from falling into the traps that I once was in.
